When do you ship out orders?
We ship orders once a week, to keep our sanity. Usually on a WEDNESDAY. So if you make a purchase on Thursday, your item won't be shipped until the next week.

We ship worldwide! Let us know if you can’t find your location at check out and we can help!
Where do you ship from?
We are located in Los Angeles C.A. but we also ship from a warehouse in N.C. So it will depend on your order.
When will my package arrive?
Unless you select otherwise at check-out, packages are sent USPS First Class Mail. Domestic Shipping (Within the US) is estimated to arrive in 1-3 Days but could take between 3-5 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that updates 24 hours after email is received. Be sure to check for this email as it includes important info. International Shipping (Outside US) could take up to a month to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not receive tracking numbers for packages shipping outside the US, so if your package does not arrive in (at least) 30 days, please contact us.
I received my pin but not my tee/print/tote/non-pin item?!
Pins ship separately from non-pin items. We personally ship out pins and our drop-ship company ships out printed goods. Drop-print/Drop-ship can add a small delay since these items are made to order. *Especially Around the holiday season*
My package is late/lost/forwarded/etc?
When a package leaves our hands, we lose all control over it so it becomes up to the USPS Gods and they aren't always kind. We will provide tracking information for you if you're located in the US (please let us know if you did not receive your tracking email) if the address you provided was correct, whatever issue arises will need to be taken up with your local post office. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if further assistance is needed.
I put the wrong address but the package already shipped! Can I get refund/another order sent/etc?
Putting the correct information while shopping online is incredibly important. As is informing us of your mistake as soon as possible to help prevent the package being sent out incorrectly. Once shipped, we have no access to update or change it. Our suggestion for this particular situation is contacting your local post office or the post office in the area of the incorrect address in order to possibly intercept it before it is delivered. We do not refund or issue new orders in this situation so please double check before submitting.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Cancellations of orders are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. In general we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged in the shipping process, please photograph and email them to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Do you design all the products in your shop?
Yes! All product art is designed by Kat Sutherland, Illustrator & Founder of PNCO.
Do you offer wholesale?
Occasionally we will accept wholesale orders. Email with your request and we can discuss the details on how to order.
When will ____ be back in stock?
The best way to stay up-to-date on new products or restocks is to follow us on Instagram. Let us know in the comment section what you want to see more of in the shop, we do read them! Also be sure to tag us in your photos with your PNCO stuff, you might even get featured.
